A glass lantern slide numbered 15 produced by Newton & Co which formed part of a series titled "Persia" which consisted of 103 glass slides. The photographs were attributed to Reverend C. H. Stileman. However, this photograph was taken by Antoin Sevruguin.

Newton & Co catalogue of lantern slides, part II, 1911/1912

 

An albumen photograph, captioned "Armenian Mother & Children"  with the number "531" on recto is in the collection of the V&A. It is mounted in a leather-bound album, is part of the C.R. Smith archive and it is described as having been photographed by Antoin Sevruguin between 1895 and 1900.

 

The image is reproduced on page 124 of Volume IV of “Du Khorassan au pays des Backhtiaris: trois mois de voyage en Perse” by Henry-Rene D’Allemagne published in 1911 by Hachette, Paris, France. The image is titled "Berceau Armenien".
