Signed and numbered "120" in white ink on verso of the image by Antoin Sevruguin in Cyrilic. The image, however, is located on a card enscribed by Dmitri Ivanovich Ermakov. This suggests that this photograph is an example of colloboration by Ermakov, who would buy photographs and negatives from other photographers and sell them himself. An example of this was work produced by Alexander Roinashvili, who died in 1898. This photographer's archive was subsequently acquired by Ermakov.

An albumen print of this image is located in the collection of the Brooklyn museum with accession number 1997.3.117. The print was part of a purchase gift of Leona Soudavar in memory of Ahmad Soudavar. Whilst the photographer’s signature is found to the right of the print in Cyrillic script, the photograph has not been attributed to Antoin Sevruguin by the museum.
