The number "526" in white ink appears on recto in what may be the hand of Antoin Sevruguin. This number is not visible on the albumen print of this image in the Nelson Collection. In another location on the print, the number "792" in black ink has been crossed out and appears in the same location as the albumen print of this image in the Nelson Collection, where the number has not been crossed out. In each case, the black ink number is written over a number in white ink which cannot be determined.
No negative number is visible on the print of this image located in the collection of the National Museum of Ethnology, Leiden (reference number 3305).
